Origin: This song began as the first part - How do I find faith in me? Then morphed into the cascade of other parts through experiment and contemplation. Written during the season of covid lockdowns, when all was unknown, isolated and confusing, this song has helped me feel both the uncertainty of life and the deep knowing.

Teaching Notes: Truthfully, I have struggled to teach this song. Particularly  the long middle part - "gotta look deep inside..." It is hard to get all the words. I have successfully taught the other parts. So, if you have had luck with it, please let me know!
