Origin: I wrote this while taking Lisa Littlebird's Flight School. I was about 3 months post pardum  at the time. I was going through a lot - as I imagine most new mothers do - with adjusting to life with a newborn. Sleep depravation, nursing issues, grief and body healing were all in my mix.   I woke up and started singing the initial - it's ok to just feel it now.  Then the rest came.
